Meet Our Supervisors...

Lieutenant
Alex Melchiorre
Lieutenant Melchiorre, has been with the
Monroe Police Department since 1975. He worked his way up through the
ranks including stints as Detective, Sergeant and Detective Sergeant. He was promoted
to Lieutenant in June 2001 and oversees the daily operations of the Department.
Sergeant Foley transferred to the Monroe Police Department from the Spring Valley Police Department in February of 1997. In June of 2001 she was promoted to Sergeant.
Sergeant/EMT Robert L. Compasso
Sergeant Compasso transferred to the Monroe Police Department from the Harriman Police Department in 1991. He was promoted to Detective in 2001 and served in that capacity until his promotion to Sergeant in 2006.
Sergeant Conklin started his career in 1990 with the Orange County Sheriff's Dept. and then joined the Tuxedo Police Department in 1995. In 2000, he joined the Monroe Police Department. He was promoted to Detective in 2007 and served in that capacity until his promotion to Sergeant in 2010.
